Newry started the better in the second half and forced a number of chances but could not find that all important final touch in the circle.  However McWilliams came off the bench and got the visitors on level terms when he picked the ball up on the left hand side, driving across the D and firing the ball low into the bottom left corner.  The game started to get heated with both sides having players sin binned which affected the flow of the game.  Newry managed to hold on when down to 9 men and come away with a hard fought point from Comber.
