Newry will once again take part in the International event, Culture Night, on Friday 19th September in the performance space in Marcus Square, for an evening of interaction, exhibition and performance.  Other events will be hosted throughout the city, in bars, restaurants and other venues.

Culture Night is a night of carnivalesque adventure like no other and is for everyone to enjoy. All Culture Night events are free to partake in. It is a brilliant way to reach new audiences, raise your public profile and expand your network.

It’s the sort of event where people are expecting to see new and challenging material so it can be the perfect place to test out new ideas. It’s the perfect opportunity to create something unusual and exciting for your portfolio.

Most of all Culture Night is a lot of fun.

Who Should Contribute?

Culture Night is not just open to arts-based organisations but the contribution should be ‘cultural’. We are liberal in our interpretation of the term ‘cultural’, especially if the proposal can bring something new to the event.  If you want to get involved please download the form below and return it to Tracey Mooney, Warrenpoint Town Hall, Church Street, Warrenpoint.

If you have any questions you can contact Tracy on (028) 4175 2256
