A haunting new dramatisation is set to transport you back 300 years to ancient Slieve Gullion to hear the wit and wisdom of our forgotten ancient poets and their message for our times.

Newry woman Rosemary Tumilty's 'Hunter's Moon of Airgialla', is a theatrical experience not to be missed. Written in poetic verse, its mystical quality is perfectly complemented by its setting in idyllic Killeavy Castle.

Rosemary brings the Creggan Poets back to life in this powerful dramatisation and draws the modern world into the frame for a good old ceili.

And a spectacular evening of entertainment, dance, music, song, food and drinks built around the main event means this will be an unforgettable evening.

Performing in the show are local actors Sinead Parfitt, Sinead McAleavey, Anthony McFadden and PJ Harte.

'Hunter's Moon of Airgialla' is showing at Killeavy Castle, Newry, on Saturday 2nd and Sunday 3rd November at 7pm, with a pre-show drinks reception.

Tickets are £27.50
