Next Chapter Newry presents an audience with Bronagh Hinds.

Bronagh Hinds co-founded the NI Women’s Coalition. She is a UN senior expert on women’s engagement in peace processes & a senior associate with DemocraShe. She has 20 years of work on building women’s political and civic leadership. Bronagh was the first Deputy Chief Commissioner of the Equality Commission for NI. She was awarded UK Women of Europe in 1999.

Allison Morris is a Security Correspondent & columnist with the Irish
News as well as a regular political commentator on the BBC, UTV, RTE & SKY News. A journalist for over 20-years she has won several awards including the NUJ News Journalist of the Year & CIPR Columnist of the Year.

The Next Chapter project is run by Politics Plus, working in partnership with the Northern Ireland Community and Voluntary Association and Irish Rural Link. This project is funded by the European Union’s Peace IV Programme, managed by the Special EU Programmes Body. Match-funding for The Next Chapter project is provided by the Executive Office in Northern Ireland and the Department of Rural and Community Development in Ireland.
