Senior Men

Our senior men were in championship semi-final against Wolfe Tones on Sunday evening but at the time of writing the result of the game was unknown.

U14 Boys

It was disappointment for the U14 boy’s amalgamation of Patrick Rankins on Tuesday night, losing out by two points to St Peter’s in the league final, 6 – 6 to 4 – 10.

Despite going through the league campaign unbeaten the young Rankins weren’t at their best on the night and fell just short. They led by a single point at the break, 3 – 5 to 3 – 4, and with time almost up in the second-half they trailed by six points but they fought right until the end, scoring a late goal and point but unfortunately it just wasn’t enough. Overall it has been decent season for this group of lads and their management with the highlight undoubtedly being their participation in the All-Ireland Féile when they were narrowly defeated in the semi-final of the competition.

Well done to our U12 and U14 girls who took part in a sponsored walk this morning, climbing to the top of Camlough Mountain.
